Linux Debian (Ubuntu, Mint, etc.) "+ Pin to panel" option missing workaround fix

If "+ Pin to panel" option is missing when right-clicking the app icon on the panel:

• Click Start and search for the app
  
• Right-click the app and select "+ Add to panel"
  
• Open the app
• Right-click the app and "+ Pin to panel" option should be there
